ARTE – Adaptability and promotion of cultural tourism.

ARTE, in the framework of EQUAL programme, seeks to promote and implement solutions, in order to prevent exclusion from the labour market of workers, who are unable to deal with Information and Communication Technologies.

As new economy is growing quickly, many persons find impossible to avoid existing social, economic, geographical barriers – together with gender or age – which will mean that many workers will be unable to benefit from the new technological world. And this process can exclude them from the Labour Market.

• Implemetation of Life long learning in the tourism, service and cultural sector.
• Cultural tourism as a “container “ were local development and technological skills can grow together.
• On-Line promotion of cultural, service, tourism and training offers.
